• Your highest Educational attainment

• Country of residence / origin.

• Social media accounts (if you log in / register using social media, specifically Facebook or Google)
• Records of your visits our website and interaction with content such as pages, videos, ratings, posts, comments, and any other interactions you make
• Details of the marks you got in the tests you take on Softina website.
• Online snapshots of the interactions you have in videos of online lectures, called "pausing and searching for events"

When using your personal data, we process it According to the following legal rules:

The purpose is sending you updates regarding the online courses offered by Softina

We striving to maintain the accuracy and completeness of your personal data, which we keep, and to ensure that all of your personal data is updated. However, you can help us with this by contacting us immediately if there are any changes to your personal data. How long do we keep your personal data

Regarding the users in European Union and in other countries that have data protection legislation that requires that the user's personal data be deleted after a while, your account data will be deleted automatically after 7 years of inactivity.

Inactivity is defined as inactivity in site,

 After 7 years of inactivity, we will contact you with one month's advance notice, to inform the authority that registers your personal data from the computers that are being saved, and to give you the option to request to keep your personal data for another 7 years.

Regarding to the users in all other countries, Softina will save your account data until you send a request to us to delete your data through the site, your data will be deleted according to the schedule provided by the site when you request the deletion.

Softina may reduce the retention period of your personal data according to the nature and sensitivity of your personal data, the potential risks of harm arising from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the objective of the processing of your personal data and whether we can achieve these goals through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.

No Party shall be liable for any loss, destruction, alteration or disclosure of confidential information caused by any third party.

You acknowledge that the details of the services, materials and installations, and the results of any service performance tests, constitute the confidential information of the service provider.
